Our Packaging

We produce all orders on morning of pickup or delivery to ensure absolute freshness. To maintain optimal conditions our products are vacuum sealed. We use gel packs to maintain the temperature of our products within our insulated box coolers.
Our beef may change to a darker red color while in the packaging due to the lack of exposure to oxygen. The variation in color is completely wholesome and expected. When ready to consume your meat, we recommend removing it from the packaging and leaving it out for 10-15 minutes.
On average, you should consume or freeze your product within 5 days of its arrival.

All of the beef offered has achieved a grade of Top 1/3 Choice or Higher.
